• Caviar
• Sour cream
• East African Barbecue Chili Potato Chips
• Green onions
• Diced green onions and/or chives

Directions:

1. Dice green onions and/or chives.
2. Evenly spread a handful of chips onto a serving plate.
3. Drop a dollop of sour cream onto each chip’s surface.
4. Top with a bit of caviar.
5. Garnish with chives and/or green onions.
